Before returning a piece of equipment to FoodEquipmentDepot.com, read and follow these return guidelines to ensure the return is handled correctly and accepted by the factory. If you have any questions about your return, call 855.392.3145.
It is your responsibility to check for any damages prior to signing the bill of lading. If your equipment order is damaged upon arrival, do not sign the bill of lading. Once you sign for the equipment, the shipment becomes your property. Reject the shipment and make note of the damage on the bill of lading. The shipping carrier will pay the freight back to the factory to return it.
Products Shipped in Error
If FoodEquipmentDepot.com ships the wrong unit to you, we will pay the return freight to the factory; however, do not use the equipment (as it cannot be returned once the equipment has been used).
Any purchase of equipment to be shipped residentially is likely to incur an additional shipping fee. Most of these fees are incured from not having a loading dock available to the shipment company. Customer Service will contact the customer before this fee is added into your shipping cost. All fees are subject to manufacturer guidelines and are not determined by FoodEquipmentDepot.com
